Mark Those Calendars! Artist Jeff Koons Collaborates with Swedish Retail Giant H&M | June 17, 2014

Watch out New York - you're in for an artsy makeover!
Swedish retail giant H&M is collaborating with artist Jeff Koons to redecorate their 57,000 square foot flagship store on Fifth Avenue and 48th Street in New York City this June 17th, 2014.

The store will be turned into a mini art exhibit in a pop up aptly titled 'Fashion Loves Art'. This pop up conincides with Jeff Koon's highly anticipated retrospective at the Whitney Musuem of Art opening on June 27th (also sponsored by H&M).

In a recent press release Koons said, "The partnership with H&M was really exciting for me. The chance to showcase one of my most popular works to a new generation of people was inspiring."

Of course, it's not all art and no fashion. A special-edition balloon-dog bag (pictured below) will be available at H&M stores in New York, L.A., and Dallas, as well as online.
