Color Me Sepia: A 1950s Building Transformed into a Restaurant/Lounge > Sepia #Beirut #Restaurant

Lebanese architect Bachir Nader has done it again. He has turned a space into a work of art.

When approached to restore a 1950s Gemmayzeh house in the St Nicolas quarter of Beirut, Nader chose to give the restoration a sepia-colored touch. The restaurant and lounge now has a restored, vintage, and vibrant charm to it.

Verses from poems hugs the walls of this charming restaurant reminding its visitors of the rich history this building poses. From the kitchen, to the lounge and even the bathroom, details bridge this restaurant's history to its modern and vibrant present.
